Founded in 2017
As Founder and Owner of Desert Restoration I personally oversee each of our Landscape Maintenance accounts and Construction Projects to ensure the quality and commitment that is expected. You will not find this commitment from large companies. This is the very reason I created Desert Restoration. Spending over 15 years with a large company I realized I could deliver a better product and better service at a reasonable price.
We only work with clients who have the same expectations for their landscape management as we do. We are a partner, not a provider.

Jose Morales, SLM, ACLP - Founder / Owner
Jose has over 20 years' experience in the Landscape Industry and is a "hands-on" owner. He has held every possible role in the landscape industry from Laborer to Irrigation Technician to Account Manager to Owner. You can regularly find him in the field working side by side with his team members. Jose is a Certified Sustainable Landscape Manager and Certified Landscape Professional.
Phil Johnston, SLM, ACLP - VP of Operations & Sales
Phil has over 35 years' experience in business management, encompassing the golf, landscaping and real estate industries. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in business administration, and is a Certified Sustainable Landscape Manager & Certified Landscape Professional.
Ricardo Espinoza - Director of Construction & Water Management
Ricardo has over 20 years' experience in the landscape industry specializing in irrigation and construction. He oversees our irrigation techs and construction crews.
Lizeth Rodriguez - Office Manager
Lizeth is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative department. She oversees the day-to-day activities that keep the business organized, efficient, and productive.
